We owned a nice condo that we needed to rehab and sell ASAP. Chris, from Blessed Hands worked with us to repaint a two story condo from the very top ceiling on the second floor to the basement walls in a very large basement, altogether over 3,000 sq ft, filling holes, stripping wallpaper supervising his painters and they got the job done before the original completion date winning a bonus. The price was competitive and figuring the difficulty getting good help these days my wife and I couldn't have been more satisfied. The quality was good and we ended up selling the place near 19 and Garfield to a nice lady before it was even finished. We couldn't have asked for more.
